The best reason to work at RTI is the PEOPLE. People make this company great. You won't find a better culture anywhere else. Great culture also means good transparency. The CEO communicates during a live meeting all the data from the previous quarter, including new customers, how we're doing with quota and what the vision is.

Executive team actually cares about their employees – goes above and beyond to try and do what's best for individuals, both personally and professionally; time flies when working here; plenty of benefits, flexible schedule & location policy, cool office sites, great perks such as real vacation (monetary bonus in addition to regular paid vacation for taking extended time off without thinking about work)!
