Building upon RTI's market leading products, RTI Professional Services provides customers an important head-start and competitive edge; we're here to help you mitigate project risk, increase productivity and deliver quality, often on a shortened schedule.

The RTI Professional Services team of highly trained and specialized engineers has been helping customers develop a broad range of data-critical applications for more than a decade. Our past engagements include custom middleware for industrial automation, performance optimizations for financial trading systems, integration of shipboard networks, design and integration of robotic cranes and the architecture for a 24x7 train-dispatch call-center. Our team draws on experience building systems, not just networks, and can provide insight at any stage in the product life-cycle.

Some of the specific services we offer include:

• Architecture Studies: an RTI Architecture Study helps you make the right middleware and design decisions up front, avoiding potentially costly rework late in the design cycle. Additionally, the study provides valuable analysis to help you optimize and tune your application. We now offer two related studies to supplement architecture studies: Security Architecture Assessment, offered in conjunction with Tresys Technologies, and Safety-Critical Architecture Assessment, offered in conjunction with Verocel.
• Engineering Services: RTI provides a full range of services to help you speed development and improve the quality, scalability and performance of your application. Examples include turnkey middleware designed to your specification, semi-customized solutions such as DO-178B certification; fully customized DDS-compliant products such as ports to custom hardware and enhancements to RTI routing technologies, and customized tools.
• Product Development Services: We offer services and expertise covering every phase of development, including implementation, integration, debugging, testing and performance-tuning.
• Training: Take advantage of RTI's training options to carry your team from project inception to deployment. Opportunities range from two-day "Quick Start" training at your site or RTI DDS workshops held in various locales to advanced topic courses and customized training modules.
