Using Connext Tools to troubleshoot and debug

RTI Connext provides a set of tools and utilities that can be used to provide insight and troubleshoot problems during different phases of your project. What's Involved

Connext Tools training includes

  • When to use the tools: RTI Admin Console, RTI Monitor, Wireshark
  • When to use the utilities: rtiddsspy and rtiddsping
  • Best practices and common scenarios

Prerequisites

The following criteria must be met before you can schedule this service:

  • You must have previous Connext DDS experience and/or training. You must be familiar with the fundamental DDS concepts such as DDS entities, publish/subscribe APIs, Quality of Service configuration, discovery, transports, and configuration files.

Expected Duration

This service typically is delivered in 8 hours.

Remote or Onsite

This activity can be delivered remote or onsite if bundled with other activities.
