RTI has a lengthy track record of success helping customers develop complex applications. We supplement the customer's team in any phase of development, including implementation, integration, debugging, testing and performance-tuning.

Implementation Support

Take advantage of RTI's middleware expertise throughout the critical stages of project development. RTI provides a number of packages to allow customers to get RTI experts on-site or on the phone to support their engineers and architects throughout your design life-cycle. Customers have found that having an RTI engineer on their design review team can save large amounts of rework later in the project.

Integration Services

• Custom Target Support — Consulting engineers will develop a custom release of RTI products to support the customer-specific target environment (CPU, operating system & transport).
• Architecture Validation Package — Allows customers to have their specific target environment tested using RTI's extensive test suites. Ensures that a customer's specific hardware, drivers, and tool-chain configuration will work properly.
• Architecture Standardization Package — Allows customers currently using certain unsupported (or custom supported) platforms to make their platform a standard target architecture.
• Middleware integration — DDS, JMS, CORBA and others.

Debugging and Testing

RTI technology is typically used in some of the most difficult debugging environments out there. Large numbers of machines, large numbers of different operating systems and OS configurations, tight timing requirements, unchangeable code, security issues ... these are just a few of the things we encounter every time we go on-site to help a customer. RTI's experts know how to work within these constraints, to get the data we need to debug the system and to get you a solution quickly.

Performance and Scalability

RTI tests and tunes its products in an internally maintained lab using custom tools to rapidly explore different configurations. Now this same capability is available to our customers! RTI engineers will work with you to identify your scalability or performance limits and put together tests to provide proof of concept of your use case. In some cases these tests can even be exported to the customer site and, using RTI's distributed test framework, tested on the actual hardware to be used for implementation.
