Accomplishments:	Phase I and II R&D successfully folded into standard COTS product. Over $1,000,000 in sales to Prime customers.
Status:	Phase II Option completed.
Objective:	Standards, designs and products for integrated middleware as well as tools enabling seamless interoperability of Navy OA and FORCEnet with well defined and standard interfaces for net-centric communication. An open-architecture standards-based tool-chain that provides coherent solutions to all the Navy's communication middleware needs (e.g. real-time and non-real-time integration, combat system to C4I).
