Executive Management Dr. Stan Schneider, Chief Executive OfficerStan Schneider founded RTI to develop productivity tools for the real-time marketplace. Under his guidance, RTI has grown from inception to a multinational business with offices throughout North America and Europe. Immediately before RTI, Stan was an independent technical and management consultant, working with companies in medical products, digital signal processing, aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing, video and television, and networking. Before that, Stan managed one of the largest laboratories at Stanford, focusing on intelligent mechanical systems. At Sperry Computer Systems (now Unisys), Stan developed networked communications systems and led the software team responsible for Sperry's personal computer product line. Stan began his career in automotive impact testing. Stan completed his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Stanford University. He holds a BS in Applied Mathematics (Summa Cum Laude) and an MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is a graduate of Stanford's Advanced Management College. Stan received numerous awards and prizes for academic excellence. He is widely published in both industry and academic media.
Bob joined RTI in 2000 as an applications engineer with a strong background in control systems and distributed network engineering. He is an expert at the design and debugging of complex distributed applications and spent 2 years focused on embedded and network-system debugging. His past consulting work has included customer training, system design and integration debugging. In Bob’s current role, he is responsible for growing and managing the training, consulting and customer support organizations to ensure that RTI’s customers are successful. Bob holds a PhD and MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford and a BS in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from MIT. Bruce Ericson, Vice President of Sales
Bruce brings over 20 years of sales and sales management experience in the embedded and real time market segments. He has held a number of executive-level positions, most recently as Vice President of Sales for Proceler, a start-up that developed application-specific soft processors targeting the reconfigurable computing market. Before that, Bruce served as Vice President of Sales at VenturCom, where he managed the sales operations for the U.S. and the Pacific Rim. He was responsible for the company's partnerships with Microsoft and Intel. Prior to that, Bruce was Director of North American Sales for LynuxWorks. He also spent several years at Motorola where he held a variety of positions, including the New England Area Sales Manager for the Computer Group. Bruce holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
Supreet received his BS degree in Computer Sciences with Highest Honors from University of Texas at Austin and MS in Computer Sciences from Stanford University.
David joins RTI with 20 years of experience in the real-time software industry and an extensive background in product management and marketing. Most recently, he managed product marketing at Green Hills Software, a leading supplier of real-time operating systems. Prior to Green Hills, David was vice president of marketing for real-time middleware provider Highlander Engineering, where he played a key role in the company's Series A funding, growth into a market leadership position, and eventual acquisition by Borland Software Corporation. Barnett has also held senior product management and marketing positions at Mentor Graphics Corporation's Embedded Software Division and Wind River Systems. He began his career as software engineer and manager at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where he was responsible for the implementation of several distributed real-time applications. David has BA in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley. |
