RTI employs over 50 development, research and field engineers worldwide. Most have a Master's degree, and many PhDs, from top universities such as Stanford, Columbia, Rensselaer, CalTech and Vanderbilt. The team includes the world's best in distributed real-time information, and many members have deep experience in industries ranging from defense to telecommunications to robotics.
In addition to product engineering, RTI supports an active research program, with seven current active projects totaling nearly $4m. Our research team includes specialists in network security, real-time situational awareness, data mining and data distribution. We publish dozens of papers and support dozens of speaking events every year.
RTI offers a global sales and services footprint, with sales offices or distributors in 14 countries, serving most of the globe. We support our hundreds of active customer sites with a global support team that can optionally offer 24x7 service. The RTI support team is part of our development organization, thereby offering direct access to deep expertise as well as speeding customer experiences into the product cycle.
The RTI Services team comprises experienced engineers from system integrators, large defense organizations and commercial companies. Our team has thousands of hours of hands-on experience executing Architecture Studies, delivering advanced training, building product enhancements and implementing customer projects, providing onsite consulting, support, and turnkey project assistance. RTI Services is truly worldwide; we have completed projects onsite in dozens of countries.
